Let’s do this
ADVENTURE TRAVEL
The Wild Side of the Dolomites
Photo: Bruno Pisani
Bruno Pisani takes us along on a 4-hour hike/ climb up Monte Cridole, a 2581m (8467ft) peak that is famous for its many towers and pinnacles. He doesn’t make it to the top but the views are insane nonetheless.
If you’re into hiking, Bruno’s channel will make you want to pack your backpack and fly to Italy this weekend.
ROUTES
The Bartang Valley, Tajikistan
Photo: Matthew Crompton
There are several ways to cross the Pamirs but this 5-day bike route has to be one of the most difficult and adventurous way to do it. The challenge is rewarded by views of Karakul Lake with its backdrop of 6000m peaks, riding through wild desert moonscapes, and the incredible hospitality of the Bartangi people.
This guide is packed with maps, GPS coordinates and must know info so you can tackle this adventure on your own.

ADVENTURE MINDSET
The Idea of Micro-adventures
Photo: Alastair Humphreys
It’s an adventure that is short, simple, local and cheap – yet still fun, exciting, challenging, refreshing and rewarding.
Here’s a video, world explorer, Alastair Humphreys talks about how you can take a break from the busyness of daily life and escape to the wilderness without the need to ski to the South Pole or go live in a cabin in Patagonia.

Seeing this photo in my Instagram feed sparked my curiosity and made me want to head to the Brazilian Amazon to see this creature up close.
